Please Read the Instructions Carefully Before Requesting:

  1. Preventative Care: Includes vaccinations, heartworm testing, microchipping, nail trims, and vet exams (see #2 in this list). You can request up to five animals at one time. Wellness appts are available Monday through Thursday 10am to 2pm and one Saturday per month. See #3 for vet exams.
  2. Spays and Neuters: Must be scheduled one at a time due to required information and signatures. Dogs and cats must be at least 3 pounds and 3 months old but under 6 years of age. All preventative care services are available during surgery appointments, separate preventative care appointments are not necessary. A vet tech will call you to go over any preventative care services you would like prior to surgery. We do not perform surgeries on English Bulldog and Doberman canines, or Himalayan and Persian felines. Available Monday through Thursday.
  3. Vet Exams: (By Appointment Only.) Scheduled by phone call/email only. These are head to tail checks. Our vet listens to the heart and lungs, check eyes and ears, and palpates abdomen for any obvious masses, etc, and discuss preventative care needs. We cannot diagnose or treat sick or injured animals. Vet Exams are only available during Saturday Clinics which are held 10am to 2pm on the third Saturday of each month except in December (which is an earlier Saturday that month). Please remember we are a nonprofit clinic with limited staff and volunteers. We are receive 100 – 200 emails and voicemails per day, and we are working hard to return every communication. There is no reason to leave multiple voicemails or emails, as we will get back to you as soon as possible to get your appointment scheduled or resolve any issues you may have, but it may take up to three business days.
