Please Read the Instructions Carefully Before Requesting:

  1. For all preventative services such as vaccines, microchips, dewormer, and preventative medication for Heartworms and flea and tick please check the Lubbock home page for walk-in times by clicking here.
  2. Spays and Neuters: Must be scheduled one at a time due to required information and signatures. Dogs and cats must be at least 3 pounds and 3 months old but under 6 years of age. All preventative care services are available during surgery appointments, separate preventative care appointments are not necessary. A vet tech will go over any preventative care services you would like at the clinic during dropoff of your animal prior to surgery. We do not perform surgeries on English Bulldog and Doberman canines, or Himalayan and Persian felines. Only available Tues through Thursday.
  3. Vet Exams: Please check availability for vet exams on our home page by clicking here. These are head to tail checks. Our vet listens to the heart and lungs, check eyes and ears, and palpates abdomen for any obvious masses, etc, and discuss preventative care needs. We cannot diagnose or treat sick or injured animals. Call 806-507-0836 or email lubbock@petsclinic.org to schedule vet exams.

Please remember we are a nonprofit clinic with limited staff and volunteers. We receive 100 – 200 emails and voicemails per day, and we are working hard to return every communication. There is no reason to leave multiple voicemails or emails, as we will get back to you as soon as possible to get your appointment scheduled or resolve any issues you may have, but it may take up to four weeks to hear back for surgery requests.
