The P.E.T.S. Staff works tirelessly to implement the P.E.T.S. Mission in every task they take on. Customer service means making sure you love your visit. It also means making sure your pets are cared for like family. When it comes to your furry family members, our staff would probably take each one home if you’d let them.

Leslie Harrelson
Founder & CEO
Leslie Harrelson founded P.E.T.S. Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic in July of 2007. Leslie graduated from Midwestern in 2000. She is currently the President and CEO of P.E.T.S. After spending 11 years running the day to day operations of P.E.T.S., the growth of P.E.T.S. demanded that Leslie focus on larger goals for the organization. She spends her days overseeing all service and program operations while focusing on clinic growth and fundraising.
George Tipton
Director of Marketing and Development
George Tipton came on as a P.E.T.S. Director in May of 2017. George graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Midwestern in 2003 and a Master of Science in Internet Marketing in 2015. He works for all branches of PETS Clinic wearing multiple hats, including creating and maintaining the website, digital ads, analytics, and managing social media. He also manages fundraising strategy, donor software, donor communications, clinic software, technical processes, and technical training.
Dr. Tammen
Veterinarian
Dr. Tammen received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M. She is the Chief Medical Officer at PETS Clinic and our spay/neuter Queen. Dr. Tammen has been with PETS since our very first day. Dr. Tammen is the savior of unwanted pets filling her home with those discarded by others or deemed unadoptable. She loves estate sales, pickles, and family. She has a very large family including a twin sister and dozens of nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Dr. Rouillard
Veterinarian
Dr. Rouillard received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University. He practiced as full-service vet for 22 years in Wichita Falls. Currently, Dr. Rouillard splits his time between PETS and ABC, a spay and neuter clinic in Lawton. You will also see him at Animal Hospital in Wichita Falls. Dr. Rouillard joined our PETS family in 2008. He is a highly skilled surgeon and resident encyclopedia. We have yet to discover anything he doesn’t know. Dr. Rouillard is the friendliest person you will ever meet and possibly the proudest father. He has a son, daughter, and wife of 30 years.
Dr. Brown
Veterinarian
Dr. Brown received his DVM from Colorado State University where he also served as a police officer before becoming a veterinarian. He has been married to his beautiful wife Kathy for 34 years and is the proud father of 2 daughters. Dr. Brown owned his own practice in Oklahoma for 10 years but has also worked in Alaska and Colorado. Dr. Brown currently lives in Colorado and blesses us with his humor and surgery skills one week of every month. Dr. Brown loves excitement. When he isn’t working as a vet, you will find him flying around in his powered parachute or on his motorized skateboard.
Dr. Hass
Veterinarian
Dr. Haas is originally from Mississippi and received her DVM degree from Mississippi State. She is married and has two children and multiple pets. In her free time, she loves walking her dogs, gardening and traveling.
Dr. Templer

Dr. Templer graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. She has 5 dogs at home plus a foster dog. She chose our clinic because she “loves and admires the PETS family, professionalism, and mission. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and photography. She also makes incredible jam from her family’s orchard in Oklahoma. If you have the pleasure to meet Dr. Templer in person you will see her kind, patient, and compassionate nature truly shine. She gives 150% of herself to every pet she sees.

Dr. Mandujano
Veterinarian
Dr. Itzel Mandujano is another gift from Mexico and graduate of UNAM. She and her precious furbaby, Chewbacca aka Chewbie are ready to serve you and your pets. Dr. Mandujano has 5 years experience and when she’s not spending time serving your pets, she and Chewbie are on the go. They like to do everything together including long walks, hiking or just relaxing. Itzel also enjoys painting and playing basketball.
Dr. Barrio
Veterinarian
Dr. Barrio graduated from veterinary school at UNAM in Mexico City in 2018. She has experience in dogs and cats, but also has a Masters degree in wildlife, specializing in opossums. She likes to spend her free time doing acrobatic sports and dance activities. She also enjoys hiking and everything that has relation with nature, such as camping, hiking and long walks.
Dr. Daher
Veterinarian
Dr. Daher graduated from UNAM in Mexico City. He completed his in-depth studies in medicine and surgery of dogs and cats. He is accredited by the Mexican Federation of Zootechnical Veterinary Doctors and has 11 years of experience practicing, in addition to a Masters degree in Production and Animal Health Sciences with a specialty in Disease Ecology and One Health mainly tracking tick-borne zoonotic diseases in wild and domestic carnivores. He has worked in zoos in Mexico promoting animal welfare and environmental enrichment. He loves all animals and is happy to dedicate his life to the health and rights of those who cannot speak and will be happy to help any animal and person that requires it because we are all together in this world and no one can exist without the others. No matter what, we are pieces of the same puzzle. In his free time, he enjoys reading, riding his motorcycle, trekking, camping, fishing, photography, poetry, watching movies and watching birds.
